Daniel Gauss

I love teaching and tutoring and I sincerely hope I can help you. I am a native speaker and a MA graduate of Teachers College at Columbia University (2000). 

I have worked in classrooms (teaching English grammar, writing and literature) with native-speaking American young people. Basically, I try to get my students to talk as much as possible while I catch and correct their mistakes and take notes for them.

I have also had a great deal of success helping students prepare for the IELTS and TOEFL exams. My students usually score around or over 100 on the TOEFL iBT and I have helped many students score at least a 7/9 on the IELTS speaking section. My last TOEFL student scored 104! ~~
